Pricing
Roster apps charge per team per month because a team is all they do, and a month is all they think about. Squadify runs the club — so it is one figure for the year, banded on the size of your roster. Squadify invoices it at the start of your season, when player fees land and a club actually has money. Bands are wide on purpose: nobody should be renegotiating in February because they signed three players in January.
One squad that wants to stop running on spreadsheets.
Up to 35 players
A first team, a reserve side and an age group or two.
Up to 120 players
Every age group in the building, and someone whose job this is.
Up to 400 players · plus a $750 one-off migration
In every plan — no tier holds any of it back
More than 400 players? Get in touch with what you run and Squadify will quote it. At that size the answer depends on how many age groups and how much history there is to bring across, and a number picked off a page would be wrong in one direction or the other. Get a quote
Squadify never takes a percentage of your fees. Collect by card into the club's own Stripe account, where Stripe's processing fee is the only deduction — or by Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer or cash, where there is no deduction at all. What your players pay is between them and you — Squadify is not in the middle of it.
Questions
These are the questions about plans and what is included. For how the product works day to day, the support page has guides and a longer set of answers.
They answer "who is available" and they do it well. Squadify answers everything around that: who you are scouting, what you are running on Tuesday, who starts on Saturday, who has signed and who has paid. Plenty of clubs run both for a season before they drop the other one.
Yes. Plans are banded on how many players you have, not how many squads you split them into, so a first team, a reserve side and three age groups all sit under one figure rather than multiplying the bill. Get in touch with how your club is structured and Squadify will show you how it maps.
No — one payment, once a year. Squadify invoices it at the start of your season, because that is when player fees land and a club actually has money. It also keeps the price honest: there is no monthly figure that quietly costs a third more over twelve months.
No. Every plan is the whole product — recruitment, agreements, fees, reports, media, all of it. A club that only wants the schedule this season has the rest waiting when it wants them, at no extra cost. The plans differ on how many players you have, and nothing else.
No. Card fees go into the club's own Stripe account with the club's own rates, and Stripe's processing fee is the only deduction. Collect by Zelle or Venmo instead and nothing is deducted by anyone. Squadify charges a subscription and nothing else.
No. They open a link and sign in with the phone number or the email the club already holds for them, plus a six-digit code. No app store, no invitation to accept, no password to reset.
Not at all — most clubs don't. Squadify is the system the club runs on, not a website builder. If you do have a site, Squadify can publish squad and fixture data into it; if you don't, that part simply isn't there.
Your staff, and nobody else. A shortlisted player is barred from anything the club publishes and has no portal access unless someone deliberately grants it — approaching a player at another club is a private conversation and the software treats it as one.
Yes, and that is the point. Positions, clean sheets and Man of the Match are built in rather than bolted on as custom fields, which is why it fits a club instead of half fitting one.
About a day — your crest, your colours, your squad loaded and your staff signed in. On the Club and Academy plans Squadify does the loading for you, so the work on your side is sending over what you already have.
It is yours and you can have all of it — squad, fixtures, stats, plans, signed agreements — on request, in a form you can read without Squadify. Ask and it is sent.
